Job Description

Qualifications:              

• NYS Certification in Natural Resources and Ecology 7-12 or Agriculture
• An Associate’s Degree in a related field with two years of experience in the field OR
• Four years of full-time work experience in a Conservation, Heavy Equipment or Agriculture field OR
• An equivalent combination of above
• Experience with heavy equipment operation required.
• Ability to maintain student management & safety standards (OSHA) in the classroom & worksites.

 

Job Overview

• The individual will provide instruction to Juniors & Seniors from area high schools in regards to Agriculture, Equipment Operations, Ecosystems, and various other subject matters in regards to Conservation.

• Batavia Career and Technical Education

 

Salary:                                    

• $50,000-$55,000
• Negotiable based on experience
