Job Description:

• Early College High School is seeking a dedicated School Counselor to support a diverse student population in a unique dual-enrollment environment. The ideal candidate will work closely with a small, collaborative team to provide academic advising, college and career planning, and social-emotional support. We’re looking for someone who values strong relationships, equity, and student voice, celebration of achievements, and who is excited to contribute to a supportive and future-focused school community.  Ideal candidates would be familiar with college planning, integrating college and high school credits.  Strong documentation skills as well as collaborating on event planning (i.e. open houses, end of year celebrations).

Location:

• Early College High School is located at Byron Bergen CSD and Genesee Community College

Salary:

• $45,000-$55,000
• Negotiable based on experience

Starting date:             

• August 12, 2025

Job Qualifications

Qualifications:

• NYS Certification as School Counselor
