Job Description

Qualifications:

• NYS Teaching Certification in Special Education 7-12 or any 7-12 Content Area
• Prior experience in an incarcerated setting desirable
• Will be working with incarcerated youth & adult students who do not have a high school diploma, so understanding of Literacy Prep Education for the GED exam leading to High School Equivalency is also desirable
• Experience in Special Education/Alternative Education Preferred

Location:

• Wyoming & Livingston County Jails
• Part Time; Flexible daytime hours

Start Date:           

• ASAP

Salary:

• $28/Hr.
