• Food Service Helper
• 10 Month Position                                                                                             

Minimum qualifications:               

• None are required, but some experience as a helper or cook in the food service industry or school cafeteria setting is preferred        
• Ability to follow directions
• Must be able to lift 15 to 20 pounds.                    

Location:

• Alexander Central School

Hours:

• Monday – Friday
• 7:30am-1:30pm

Rate of pay:                                     

• $17 per hour

Starting date:              

• ASAP

Qualifications:                

• Associate’s degree in food service management or a closely related field of study and one year of paid experience in the preparation of food on a large-scale OR
• Three years of paid experience in the preparation of food on a large scale.

Additional preferred qualifications:

• Prefer four-year degree in food service major OR two-year degree plus supervisory experience.

Location:

• Genesee Valley BOCES Region
• 6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.

Salary:                                      

• $20-$25/Hr.
